Employer with Employee Bridge Employment will work with you, the employer, to find a great applicant for any suitable vacancy you may have. We will help you to fulfill your duties under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005. If needed, we can support people at work when they first start to help them learn or settle in. We will continue to support both applicants and employers where support is needed.

Paid Work - We can help you recruit for vacancies in a number of ways:-

  • Detailed Matching of skills to your vacancy.
  • Unpaid trial periods can be used to select or train a suitable employee.
  • If you are creating a new role we are able to do a job analysis for you. This is also a useful matching tool for us.
