Meet the Team at Bridge Employment

Sarah Davies - Manager

Sarah Davies joined us in May 2008. Sarah previously managed a community regeneration programme in South Sheffield and has a background in managing similar projects that support the social inclusion and improved quality of life and economic wellbeing of members of deprived geographical communities and communities of interest.

Dave Williamson - Contracts Manager

Dave joined Bridge Employment in March 2006. Dave has a wide range of work experience. He has at various times been a teacher, support worker and more recently a brewer. Most of his previous 10 years however have been spent in the field of supported housing.   

Anne Cameron - Employment Worker

Anne joined Bridge in March 2000 and previously had 15 years experience of pub and restaurant management. Anne has experience of staff and management training and has an NVQ Level 4 in Information, Advice and Guidance.

Yehia (Yaz) Asaad - Employment Worker

Yaz joined the Bridge team in February 2006. Prior to this Yaz worked at Norwich Union and most recently for the Yemeni Welfare and Advice Centre. Yaz has an NVQ Level 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance.

Karen Noice – Finance Officer

Karen joined Bridge in October 2007.

Pauline Hogg - Monitoring and Referrals Officer

Pauline has been with Bridge since October 2004. She has many years experience in dealing with the public both in the retail trade and in the railway industry. Since joining Bridge Pauline has studied and passed her ECDL.

Rich Melland - Employment Worker

Rich joined Bridge in July 2009 having previously worked as a Supported Housing Manager with a local housing association, assisting people to live independently. His primary focus is on further developing our service to clients with learning disabilities but he is able to work with anyone who requires support from Bridge.
