Emma Cawley - Project Manager
Emma has worked for Bridge Employment since July 2003. Before this Emma worked in
adult community learning and youth work for 15 years. Emma has a BSc in Countryside
Recreation Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Youth and Community Work, and is
studying towards an MSc in Urban Regeneration.

Di Shimell - Development Manager
Di started working with people with disabilities in 1989 and has since worked in a
variety of settings, from statutory sector to setting up and managing social
enterprises. Di has 14 years of project management experience as well as City and
Guilds 7307 and D32/33 qualifying her as an adult tutor and internal verifier.

Melanie Crawford - Employment Consultant
Melanie has worked for Bridge Employment since 1998. Before that
she worked with people with learning disabilities in social services,
day services and further education. Mel has a BA in English and
Psychology and an Adult Teaching Certificate.

Debbie Mather - Assistant Contracts Manager
Debbie has worked at Bridge Employment since October 2003. Debbie
has a BTEC National Diploma in Social Care, British Sign Lanuguage
(BSL) Stage 1 and is currently working towards BSL Stage 2 and an
NVQ 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance. Debbie has worked as
an advocate and a key worker for people with learning disabilities
and mental health problems. |

Anne Cameron - Employment Worker
Anne joined Bridge in March 2000 and previously had 15 years experience
of pub and restaurant management. Anne has experience of staff and
management training and is working towards an NVQ3 in Information,
Advice and Guidance. |

Pauline Hogg - Monitoring and Referrals Officer
Pauline has been with Bridge since October 2004. She has many years experience in
dealing with the public both in the retail trade and in the railway industry. Since
joining Bridge Pauline has studied and passed her ECDL.

Hannah Campbell - Admin Assistant
I have been at Bridge Employment since November 2005. Before coming to Bridge I
did voluntary work at Sheffield Mental Health CAB. I am also a member of the
Sheffield Care Trust Adult Mental Health Council and the Older People Mental Health
Council.

Alex Foster - Employment Worker
Alex joined Bridge Employment in April 2006. Before Bridge, Alex worked in banking
for 4 years and has worked in supported employment for the last 2 years.

Bruce Thompson - Assistant Employment Worker
Bruce joined Bridge in 2006 after working at IMBY (In My Back Yard) and MHUR
(Mental Health User Representatives). He has been active in the community teaching
for WEA and Open College Network for a number of years.

Dave Williamson - Contracts Manager
Dave joined Bridge Employment in March 2006. Dave has a wide range of work
experience. He has at various times been a teacher, support worker and more recently
a brewer. Most of his previous 10 years however have been spent in the field of
supported housing.

Yehia Asaad - Employment Worker
Yaz joined the Bridge team in February 2006. Prior to this Yaz worked at Norwich
Union and most recently for the Yemeni Welfare and Advice Centre.

Megan Hydes - Employment Worker
Megan joined Bridge Employment in October 2006. Before that she was a teacher, teaching
Drama and RE (Religious Education). In 2001 Megan became a specialist tutor for people with Autism
and Aspergers Syndrome.
